All clients are afforded a 15-minute grace period. However, clients who fail to provide prior notice and do not attend their scheduled appointments (no call/no show) will be charged 100 percent of the appointment fee and may forfeit the ability to book future appointments. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are required to pay 50 percent of the balance. Clients are allowed one reschedule with deposit. After that, you are required to book with a new deposit for future appointments. No credits will be transferred or saved for future appointments. Thank you for understanding this policy!
